What documents are needed to list my property?
PAN card, Aadhar card, photos, cancelled cheque.
Who manages my rates and OTAs after the setup is done?
After one-time setup of rates and offers, training will be provided to your staff to manage the OTAs.
Does this plan cover ongoing OTA management?
No, Express Setup is a one-time service covering listing, rates, offers and staff training. Ongoing day-to-day management can be taken up separately if you need it.
